We utilize continuous security monitoring such as DNS, Whols change notification, spam list monitoring, as well as uptime monitoring.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

Although this site does not contain content that is generally unsuitable for children, this site is not designed nor does it specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. In the event LionHeart Security Services has knowingly received information from someone under the age of 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. International Regulations

The E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss- U.S. Privacy Shield Framework were developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission and Switzerland to guide organizations to comply with EU and Swiss data protection requirements involved when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. This framework was developed to protect the personal data of individuals in the EU and Switzerland and to provide these individuals the rights to access their personal data. LionHeart Security Services is committed to complying with the Privacy Shield Framework. Should there be a conflict between LionHeart Security Services’s privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
